The hotel is walking distance to the beach, but the hotel provides a shuttle service 10AM-12-2PM-4PM. Also close to the Mercato (restaurants and a movie theatre) and to 5th Ave.

  Excellent value. The price was really reasonable and the hotel was clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds, clean room, free breakfast (not great but decent). Fridge and coffee maker in room. Staff was hospitable. Location just a few blocks from downtown shopping area and beach.   For this price the stay was absolutely GREAT the hotel has spacious clean rooms (not that much design) good quality bed and fully equipped kitchen. At the check in there was friendly reception personell, they asked which floor we preferred and if we wanted to overview the pool. We sure did!
