  Second stay at an AmericInn this trip. Another good experience with helpful and friendly reception staff. Perkins restaurant next door was handy and had a bar! Rooms not as fresh as the Traverse City Inn but still clean and comfortable. It was very very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The night crew got my ipad working when I wasn't sure how to hookup to the Internet and the breakfast was great, kitchen very clean. Would I stay there again? Yes if I'm in that area it's the only place I would stay!

  The woman that checked us in was wonderful. The housekeeping staff was top notch. The free breakfast was quite nice.. they didn't cheap out on the selections. There was something for everyone.   My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the 'homey' type atmosphere of the rooms. The colored towels and linens were very nice. And then of course the ol' blast from the past....the quarter operated vibrating bed......wow. It made for a very relaxing stay, thank you. - We Had a room with a newer walking shower.
