Was exactly what we expected..
internet description of our rooms was accurate. I was so pleased that the establishment was locally owned. I had remembered the buildings, since I have family in that area and have been visiting the area for a number of years.
Staff was friendly and accomodating.. Really appreciated
that I met the owner and was personally taken to our rooms.
I could walk out into the court yard and in just a few yards,

Close to beach kitchenette location home like feel staff quite relaxing
clean if you are looking for a place to rest and forget your troubles.
If you don't mind Shabby Chic this is the place to stay. The price
is right, the beach is clean and not crowded. Had a very peaceful
vacation. Kitchen was well stocked with stainless steel, but I had taken
my own frying pan just in case and I was happy I had. Place setting for
four also stocked. If you like to eat in. Restaurants are near by for
those wh.
Was a wonderful stay (except for the RAIN). Kristina the owner was so kind, and thoughtful.The rooms were super clean! I go back to Fla. in April and will definitely call this place my home away from home.I do not usually write reviews, however reading the reviews is what prompted me to stay there, and I am so glad I did. In my book they get an A plus.
We were pleasantly surprised by how nice our accommodations were. It is right on the beach and which is far enough away from public access that the beach is fairly private. Rooms were clean and nicely furnished. The resort is very close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again and we highly reccommend it.
The incredible oceanfront location, the Sunrises, the charming and helpful staff, the plain and ordinary but well-kept exteriors which opened to bright, clean, and charmingly decorated apartment interiors. Appetizing and reasonable breakfasts available in restaurant across the highway. Absolutely on my list to come back to !!!.
Great location on the seafront with good breakfast cafe and various restaurants over the road. Cute little condos that have decent living space and catering facilities, work well for 2 people and can accommodate an extra guest on a sofa bed. Good value compared to others in the area.
It was so quiet, and private. There are only eight rooms, every room has
a ocean view, and less than 100 feet from the beach. Without a doubt it
is the best $100 dollar night motel on the beach. When ever I return to
Melbourne, I will be staying here!.
The surf sounds at night, the beautiful beach. The staff was wonderful, the other guests friendly, many come back every year. I will be back there next year! Restaurants, stores, and parks are all nearby.
It was exactly what we were hoping for...the rooms were just right, very comfortable and cozy. The owner was happy we were there, nice and welcoming. Only steps to the beach! Great stay!.
Wonderful family of hosts. Few yards from ocean. Delightful breakfast/lunch diner across street. Very comfy sitting room, kitchen, bedroom, bath. Highly recommend.

It was very comfortable-felt like home and I loved the ability to walk from the back yard a few feet and be on the quiet beach.

My only regret was that my stay was so short....
The mattress was well aged but comfortable. Some of the wooden kitchen
chairs needed to be glued.

Reception area could benefit from some refurbishment and the resort should perhaps install a swimming pool in the grassy area between condos.

the head was lower than the foot of the bed and it made horrible noise when you moved. it was not the headboard or frame, it was the mattress. awful.

The owner entered not only ours, but others units to change towels and
get trash at inappropriate times.

Hotels & Motels live and die on the comfort of the bed. The mattress was old, creaky and void of all comfort. Old comforter.
