The service was impeccable. Staff were friendly and more than willing to help with any request. Early checkin and late checkout request was accomodated with ease which was important as we had flown in from Australia. We got upgraded to a suite as it was our honeymoon. The room was quite simply the best I have stayed in and I've stayed in a few suites. The staff could not do enough for you and we're always there in the background to help. The location is amazing...walking distance to the designer shops on Rodeo Drive shops and Century City Mall. -

The rooms were fantastic even at the standard level - excellent clean and sleak bathrooms. This was my first time staying in a smart room - it was equipped with and iPad and lights that all functioned with an iPad like feature on the phone. Room service was very well done. -

I loved the hotel and all the staff. The hotel was beautiful and our room was so spacious and elegant. All the concierge staff were always available to help us in anyway. Christine in particular went out of her way to provide us with traveling tips and helpful maps, etc. They had a complimentary shuttle service that we used each day. It was terrif

As I had to vacate my home for renovations I was pretty tired the first
night I checked in my room made a noise..they gladly moved me to a
smaller room ( only room available) and discounted it. The following day
they upgraded me to Villa # 55. from here on the stay was
great............would have loved to have stayed longer. Staff were so

Still has the rock star vibe. We were lucky to enjoy a 'Live at the Sunset Marquis' summer concert by the pool during our stay. Magical! We took our children for breakfast to Mel's Diner on Sunset Av. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance.

The hotel is in the heart of the action-- a short walk to the Staples Center & events. Lots of restaurants in the area-- all within walking distance. The hotel has a wonderful lobby area lounge and a great restaurant for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

Together with my 3 friends, we stayed at the Intercontinental at Beverly Hills for 4 nights. Every single staff member we came into contact with were so nice & inviting, we were so sad to leave. Complimentary car service within 1.5 miles.... can it get any better than that?

We love the friendly atmosphere and the references to early Hollywood films and actors! The staff were all friendly and very responsive to our needs and requests. restaraunt, the front desk, the shuttle driver, the people in the

I think the person that stood out was Sonia in the restaraunt. I
wrote some negative comments since you asked but I would stay there
again in a minute.

How could we not love our spectacular suite! Although our luxury King room on the 19th floor with views over the Hollywood hills was lovely and we would stay in this room type again, we upgraded to the breathtaking 2100 sq foot "panorama suite" on the 20th floor with a 270 degree panoramic view of the entire city and the beautiful Hollywood Hills.

1. We initially booked the deluxe double room however it was quite cramp and small. The next day we upgraded to a Junior suite which had a king size bed and a sofa bed (queen size probably?) which was very spacious.
2. Located in the heart of Hollywood. Connected to Hollywood/Highland Centre (one of the best spots to view the Hollywood sign) and right next to the Hollywood/Highland Red Line metro station. One metro stop from Universal City and a very short walk to the star walk, TCL theatre etc
