The service was impeccable. Staff were friendly and more than willing to help with any request. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful and hospitable, the room was very comfortable and I could have stayed in the shower all day it was so good. I would definitely reccomend this hotel to other travellers. I was a little concerned about it's location but it is right in the middle of Culver City which had a superb selection of restaurants and bars to chose from. It is also only a short trip from LAX.

This is a fun hotel. There was a happy hour with a free drink and chips, which encouraged socialising among the guests. Our family suite was big, which made it comfortable travelling with our two-year old. Proximity to the airport was helpful, given our early flight. Very friendly, professional staff. Everyone was nice and always had a smile on their face, but not at all in an obnoxious way. Sam is very helpful. The room is quite large and spacious, and the bed comfy. Bathroom is nicely done, too. Location is excellent - right on West 3rd, a couple minutes' walk from the Beverly Center, great restaurants on 3rd, and boutique shops.

The experience was very good. Freindly and helpful customer service, clean, safe, and a good breakfast.

For a budget hotel this one is excellent and I would recommend this hotel. -
The breakfast included boiled or baked egg, sausages, yogurt, pastries, waffles, cereal, coffee, tea, jam, cream cheese etc. - a good variety. The room was big - bed and pillows very comfy. Very clean, nice sized mini fridge, Nice white sheets and duvet cover.

Excellent view from the room, the restaurant on the 17th floor was really good. Excellent viewes with great food and a very good selection of drinks.
The pool is small but nice with a small gym but efficient.
Ideal for getting to Sunset Boulevard and also Santa Monica.

Rooms were spacious, nicely appointed, updated and very clean. There was a refrigerator in the room. The pool is very nice (hot tub also) and is surrounded by an attractive patio area; it stays open quite late. There are a lot of meeting facilities that are reasonably priced. The staff always accessible, friendly and helpful. There is a Starbucks and three decent restaurants on site.
