Loved the staff and the punch card they offer for a free night after 10 punches. I love that they are dog friendly and only changed me a one time fee instead of a nightly fee for my dog, and will work with you if you have more then two dogs. The staff was very nice, my husband and I really thought it was cozy and a great view. The bed was comfortable and we really loved the shower. great water pressure. We will be back most definitly. The beach access was great.

Thank you So much !. We came into town a little early. They happen to be cleaning our room at the time and let us check in early. the staff was great, the facilities were great, the value was great... we truly enjoyed our stay. The view was spectacular. The in-room microwave and fridge was a nice surprise. Lack of an elevator for people with physical problems, but we made out O.O. the service was great and they were very helpful. good view of the ocean. Loved the location overlooking the ocean. The deck was great. The ocean! Tidal Pools! Sunset! Kite festival. balcony w/hot tub overlooking ocean. the nice view of the ocean. Beach front view. great location!!. the view. view. The toilet constantly ran and had problems flushing. I alerted the staff the day we checked in. He went to the hardware store to buy a new part, which was great! But it didn't resolve the problem. Other then that I had a great stay and will go back. No real negative thoughts here. My microwave did blow up the last morning we were there. But the staff let me use another microwave in a other room so it worked out. N/A. There was an in-room coffee pot but no supplies. Nothing. nothing. The bathroom was a bit too small. Rooms were in need of an upgrade. Seemed a bit run down. "fireplace" was just a space heater w/a. no coffee in room.. no hair dryer.. Shower: could not regulate water. Had to use ice bucket to shower. No blow dryer or Iron. No screens on windows. Dangerous for children. just wished I had a balcony. wasnt able to put a cot in the room for my teenage son. No breakfast. Somewhat run-down (could use a good deep cleaning). It was very dated. The pillows were old and flat and the shower was so short you had to bend over to even get wet. toiletries , cleanliness, they vacuumed once in the 5 days we where there, we ran out of Kleenex and TP twice and the spa was disgusting until we used kaboom to clean the soap scum ourselves ICKY. The beds, no refrigerator in room as indicated, people "hanging around" which made my daughter nervous. old hotel. Needs an update and a hot tub on the ocean front pateo!. Room wasn't as clean as it should have been. The furnace didn't work. Old beds and pillows - left 2 messages during day for more towels and location of ice machine and received no response or call back. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room and the totally outdated furnishings.,. No clock. No shampoo, soap, normal stuff a hotel/motel room should have. Had to use our own that luckly we brought with us, otherwise would have to buy it. The second part of this survey has no rating system so I don't know how these rate. we were located on the 3rd floor even though we had reserved the room MONTHS in advance. we asked to be moved to a 2nd floor room but when we entered the alternate room, it had NOT been cleaned properly:( I would also suggest that if the weather is nice and warm that they crack open the rooms before the guests arrive. When we arrived the rooms were very stuffy humid and musty smelling.
