Never a piece of trash left behind or stray bugs in sight (considering the place is in china town). The beds were like sleeping on clouds and the pillows where so soft and comfortable. On several occasions they and the concierge gave us great advice about transportation, places to eat, and things to do, and they always were smiling and friendly. The room was very quiet. The staff were very good also. We upgraded to the Sheraton Club on the 21st floor which was nice, it had a great view of the City and Hudson River. It is not a luxury hotel but is very comfortable and affordable.
