I liked the room. It was very comfortable. I liked the location for access to the D. C. area. The metro was very close so we could get to where we wanted to go quickly. We did find out that we should avoid the rush hour when traveling on the metro. We liked the breakfast and the social with the two drinks and then the evening meal that was availab

This hotel was amazing! The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. No matter who it was whether the manager or a housekeeper they would take the time to say hello. The room was beautiful and the location was really great. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast they serve was really good as well. The front desk manager, zemy? I'm not sure of her name was exceedingly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I'll definitely be staying there again.

Pretty comfortable bed
Front desk staff is extremely helpful and courteous (+ free cookies during check in!)
On the second thought, all staff are helpful: valet services, doorman, etc.

We were only there for an overnight stay. We checked in at 1:00am and checked out at 10:30am. But the room was very clean and everything was in its place. The front desk staff was very courteous and very informative about the hotel's amenities and services. I would stay there again.

The Chef was a prince of a fellow. A month before arriving I made a request for the room service menu to be faxed so I could design what I wanted. He (the Chef-Aron- I believe) helpfully sent it to me. When I went downstairs for the breakfast he greeted me and told me that no one goes away hungery and his buffet was great. He is a class act. -

I was really impressed with your staff. When I arrived I needed water to take my meds and I was immediately given a bottle from the gift shop along with my sister who was traveling with me. I only regret I do not remember the staff member's name. I think it was Lisa. She saw me the next morning and said 'Good morning Mrs. Hollis'. I thought how in the world could she remember my day from the previous day with all the guests she had encountered. I was impressed.

Convenient to conference venue, quiet, good view, lots of restaurants
in a walkable / billable area. Loved having a bike share right

Good location, close to the metro and the city. Building is older but was clean with friendly staff. Wouldn't think twice about staying again. - Located conveniently near the Metro Station, DC was completely within my grasp throughout my stay at the Virginia Suites

Wonderful hotel. Great location next to Metro System. Have a wonderful free-breakfast every morning. They also have a wonderful dinner three nights a week for free. Staff was very helpful. Would stay here again. Have a full kitchen/dishes. This was a nice surprise.

The staff was friendly. Parking was only $10 per day. A few blocks from
the metro. Several restaurants within a couple blocks of the hotel.
There was also a grocery store, pharmacy and convenience store a few
blocks away. Room was clean and spacious. They have a pool which I hoped
to use but never got around to, and a fitness room that stays open

Overall the the hotel excellent and is in a good location to visit Washington as it is close to a subway and within walking distance/bus ride of the wonderful and vibrant Georgetown. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel/room was clean and comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
We did stay during the government shutdown but that is hardly the fault of the hotel. However, perhaps the hotel management need not have reflected the temperature of the debate betw

I stay here now for business whenever I am in DC and the hotel has a room available. It is a popular place for groups and individual tourists as well. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The rooms were spacious. The jim was adequately equipped. There was amc
theatre and Courthouse metro station just two minutes away. There was a
12 hours shuttle always available to take you to metro. 7 days breakfast
which was more than sufficient/ sitting area was spacious as well.
There was complimentary dinner on Mon/Tue/Wed I am glad I choose
this hotel for my stay, would definately go there next time as well.
