Centrally located, close to cruise ships terminal. Great area for shopping, local restaurants. Super friendly, cheerful, helpful staff. Attached restaurant, makes it handy for breakfast. Not the Ritz for sure, but still good value for price. Good for overnight stay for cruise ships or overnight airline connections.

posizione proprio a downtown,con fermata metromover (gratuito) davanti all'hotel. ottimo per visitare le zone bayside, coconut groove e coral gables - Buon albergo, situato al centro di Miami.

Of the hotels I stayed in Florida, this was the best! I stayed here for
four days and everything was great. The breakfast buffet was very nice,
best of all the ones I stayed in this trip. I tried lunch and dinner a
few times.
The staff was very friendly, I'm a very shy person and it was fun chatting with them.

We loved the cosy artwork, and subtle granddeur of the Lobby, the comfortable beds , the upgrade to the suite overlooking the river.
We love the fact that the staff goes out of their way to ensure that we are good.
My wife insists that we will be back, and prefers the Hyatt to other more expensive locations within the block.

Rooms were of a good size and comfortable. This hotel is all about price and location. Perfect for business as Brickell is a five minute walk away yet this hotel is much cheaper than other Brickell hotels. -

It felt like a mountain retreat transplanted from the middle of the woods somewhere! Has a sturdy old-time feel to it, with cozy beds and rustic wood lobbies, but with modern bathrooms. VERY friendly and helpful staff. Nice to hang around the pool under the palm trees. A refreshingly peaceful place, which put the guests in a relaxed and social mood.

It was our wedding anniversary and we were surprised with a very expensive bottle of wine with strawberries covered in chocolate in a pool of brown sugar! compliments of the hotel. I love everything about this hotel! At first, when I was still searching
what hotel I was gonna stay, I read some bad reviews abt Leamington. I
concerned me a bit. But so luckily, I decided to stay there for 4 days.

Great location near the cruise port with a shuttle to the port at 10:45 am daily. Breakfast was ok - toast and some poppy seed cake and coffee. Room was quiet. The internet was great and worked in the room. Only a few blocks from the metro rail link to airport.

The spa was great. Had a lovely facial and pedicure. Attentive staff. I
had an issue with my room which was resolved by the manager Seth. While
it was stressful for me he represented his hotel well. The rooms are
very nice and well appointed. Location is great with fabulous views
across the bay and downtown. -
