It is very close to the airport (about 1mi) although driving from the
airport is about 2.5 miles. It is a quiet Old town location, but located
on the I-5, so if you're a light sleeper, make sure you get ear

It was easy to stay there. Staff was friendly, parked our car very close to our room, likedvthe mini fridge, microwave and the breakfast included, it was more than I thought it would be (breakfast) and it was very convenient so that you got that out of the way and could start your day. We had young kids and we felt at ease as oppose to a mega hotel that caretered to business people, this felt homey. Was in good neighborhood, walking distance to Old Town and close to everything. So big. Big T.V. in livingroom with fold out couch. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron and board, big rooms. T.V. in bedroom also. Great food, staff, location. Loved this place. I've stayed at several different places in San Diego and this one is number one so far. -

In-N-Out & Walgreens. Room was nicely furnished. Great to have complimentary breakfast. Added bonus was free bus shuttle to varous places, Zoo, SeaWorld & airport. Great value for money!

Rooms are really clean and nice and it gave me a very homely feel.
The staff are very nice as well and there is an IHOP diner located just beside it which is not expensive at all.
I will definitely recommend this hotel to other guests if they need to find a place to stay in San Diego.

My friend & I both loved the convience of having a separate bedroom/ livingroom. The closeness to Mission Bay, & fast food restaurants. We both liked the fact there was a microwave & refrigerator. There were also grocery stores nearby.

When you take everything into consideration, this place is a good value
for a budget motel. Michael, Raul and Michael were helpful and
considerate - they even let me keep my bags in the office after I
checked out, since my train wasn't scheduled until 4 pm.

For the money, this was an excellent choice for a budget. It was clean and you had everything you needed. All new linens every day and well maintained. Security on site in the evenings was a plus. The outdoor pool and hottub were also well maintained and a nice ammenity for the stay. I've stayed at hotels for triple the cost that were less well kept and less comfortable.
