  The staff, Valerie, Donald, Quinten and the wonderful woman who checked us out were all exceptional hosts. They were very attentive to our every need. Two blocks off of Bourbon St and two blocks from Jackson Square. Very close to a lot of nice restaurants, shopping, and art galleries. The courtyard pool was the perfect way to relax in the late afternoon before dinner. The morning breakfast buffet had good variety of pastries and cereals to choose from. The balcony suite had a very simple, but classic design. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning and having my morning coffee.

The rooms are renovated with clean and modern bathrooms and a very comfortable bed. The people in hotel very friendly and helpful. The was no safe in the room but there is a safety deposit box at the front desk and its free! Location is great - just two blocks from Bourbon Street. - Located in the heart of French Quarter, 5 minutes walk from Bourbon Street, 10 minutes Jackson Square or Canal Street. Room where i stayed was small, just big enough for a queen bed, bathroom was actually bigger - but very comfortable and perfectly adequate for solo traveller. I was a little concerned about walking back late at night after reading several reviews - but really nothing to worry about. Would definitely recommend - excellent value for money.
