for my needs as it was only a short drive downtown but priced at 50% of
the downtown hotel rates. Caters to Medical Center patients so a very

Next to the Medical Center. -
Lobby was very nice, staff were efficient, breakfast was offered, check in was quick, loved that te room had a kitchen, loved that the room was cool upon entry, room stayed cool, clean hallways and social areas. -

The entire staff was extremely helpful. This hotel makes having to go to Houston Medical Center so much easier for the out of town patients. This Hampton Inn & Suites has door to door shuttles to each hospital and the service is great without long waits. I was not looking forward to the week I just spent there and the week or so coming up, but

When we arrived for the Rodeo they were booked solid so they were a bit behind on getting our room ready. Initially the young Lady behind the desk said they would need an hour. The room was actually quite spacious. I had a misunderstanding with the hotel staff that they are going to drop me to the airport. I was upset about it-they eventually called for a cab, and got me dropped. The staff was very nice to talk to. Hotel was very clean. Wifi was excellent, streaming live television was not an issue.

The location is unbeatable if you're attending a Texans game! The hotel is located directly beside Reliant Stadium and there's even a side entrance that allows you to walk out the hotel and right on to the stadium grounds. Mainly the location. Right across the parking lot from Reliant Stadium. I can walk to the game. Staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were comfortable, and liked having a refrigerator in room. On my last visit I had a death in the family, and the desk clerk was very helpful in canceling the rest of my stay. I will be staying here again a few more times this year.
