  Very nice & welcoming place, friendly and very helpful staff. We had a problem with our (shared) bathroom - we were moved to a different (bigger) room for free without any discussions. Every room is different (we got a little tour at our departure), we felt very comfortable during our stay. Breakfast was big and tasty. The immediate area is very safe and walkable with beautiful old mansions and peekaboo views of downtown and the Olympic Mountains. Broadway is an easy 3-minute walk with no hills. The room was enormous and tastefully appointed with very comfortable beds.

  Beautiful, turn of the century home, wood floors, lots of antiques - just a wonderful atmosphere. The woman owner was so pleasant and accommodating. Suggested places to visit and provided breakfast every morning. Had wonderful conversation with the other guests. Just a couple minutes from downtown and Pike Place Market. By foot or by trolley bus you can easlily reach the center of Seattle, though you are in a quiet neighbourhood, living, enjoying and seeing the American life. The room is romatically decorated and Tina serves breakfast with a smile and as you prefer.
