lo staff e' cordiale e molto disponibile per ogni richiesta. Le stanze sono pulite e ben tenute, così come pure le parti in comune.
- Ottima posizione (10 min da Times Square), zona tranquilla.
Camere pulite e ristrutturate di recente. Mobili nuovi.

We arrived an hour early and were let into our room which we didn't expect. Staff were very friendly at reception and gave us free spanish tapas vouchers for use at the bar in the hotel. Lovely modern room with a huge really comfortable bed (more comfortable than the bed on the cruise ship that we joined a few days later). Loved the bathroom with brilliant shower and wall mounted containers of paraben free bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. The tapas were generous and very tasty. Police stat

La posizione, la tranquillità, il servizio - L'hotel è in un ottima posizione su una strada piccola, non molto trafficata. Le camere sono silenzionse, pulite e piuttosto ampie. The hotel was very interesting, it had a very vintage feel to it like the studios in foreign movies. The room was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable! I also loved how close it was to everything we planned on doing in Manhattan. The staff was all super friendly and they even had a security buzzer on the entrance which was a plus for me.

Frankie at the front desk was wonderful. The location was very close to the 8th avenue subway station which was a nice line to ride and see the city. The breakfast was delicious and the other guests were friendly. The water pressure in the shower was good (a plus for me). The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job cleaning the room daily. Very quiet during our stay both from other rooms and from the outside. There is a grocery store on 8th ave between 22nd and 21st (2 minute walk).

The rooms were a lot better than expected, luxury bathrooms even in the standard rooms.

When we arrived we were allowed to check in two hours early, and were given the choice of two different rooms - that was very kind and we got a big room as a result. The location is pretty great as long as you don't mind a bit of walking, but that's the same across New York. A bit expensive, but again, that's just New York. I'd stay there again -

The location! Just two blocks away from Time Square. Unbeatable for this price. Plenty of foodshops around.
The staff: the receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful (thanks Joey! ;-) + they can arrange transport to the airport, which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back there on a next trip to NYC.

Wonderful location 5 minutes walk from Times Square. Small but
comfortable and very clean room. Facilities like shower, hair-dryer and
alarm clock worked properly. Air- conditioning and a fan-heater were
provided. Really lovely staff on the front desk - they went to a lot of
trouble working out transport arrangements for us and finding out about
museums we wanted to visit. Simple but nice continental breakfast.

The security of the hotel. After hours having to use your room key to get past the door security officer then also to make the lift work makes you feel safe. The staff is always happy and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay memorable for the right reasons. The breakfast was awesome too.
