  I like everything about our stay at the Hampton Inn at 35th St. All of the staff from the desk reception, maintenance and cleaning staff were very friendly and professional! My daughter loved the complimentary hot chocolate. She even commented "Mom, I really like this hotel" and she's only 14. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend - I selected Hampton Inn because, as a former Hilton hotels employee, I knew what I was going to get. She's an asset to the hotel, made the check in process seamlessly. Luis at the breakfast buffet was very attentive and caring.   Even from walking through the doors the lobby was friendly and professional, the bar was amazing, helpful staff. The room was basic but had everything we needed. My partner loved the tinted glass bathroom and the bed was comfy.   The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.
