Continental breakfast was very tasty. Staff were friendly, and helpful. Checkin was very quick, and checkout can be done from the room. The room, and linens were very clean. No sign of bed bugs!

The room, although small, felt very comfortable and not too crowded.

  The hotel and the room were impeccably clean. It is a completely non-smoking hotel, and this really does make a difference.   The hotel was very clean, comfortable and welcoming, wonderful front desk service (prompt, friendly and helpful). There are 3 rooms per floor (two of which look over Columbus Park- these are recommended for good entertainmen - Absolutely everything was amazing! The room was amazingly clean. As a couple with a 12 month old who requires crawling all day, the room needed to be exceptionally clean and it was just that. Never a piece of trash left behind or stray bugs in sight (considering the place is in china town). The beds were like sleeping on clouds and the pillows where so soft and comfortable. Nice clean bathrooms and very spacious rooms. The staff was always friendly and willing to help us get around to any place
