  I had a nice time staying at the Residence Inn on March 1st, 2013. I wish I could have stayed longer but my funds would not let me. But overall it was a nice experience and I would recommend this place to anyone and of course I will be returning to the Residence Inn in the near future or sooner. - We really liked the facilities although next time... cosa dice la gente » we will request 2 bathrooms.

  Nice clean hotel within walking distance to convention center, wwii Museum, buses, streetcar stations. We walked to French Quarter and it was a nice 10 ~ 15 min walk. Our room had a king bed, sofa and desk area, kitchen area w/small fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a sink. It was tastefully decorated, comfortable and spacious. If you was in bed you can turn the tv towards the bed, if you was on the couch you can turn the tv towards the couch. I love It!!

  the rooms were great, clean and quiet with comfortable bedding. We also loved that breakfast and was served Monday each morning, and dinner was served Monday thru Thursday for free, with very good hot and enjoyable meals.   I loved everything about the Blake Hotel. The staff was fantastic. My room was very comfortable and I felt very safe in this location. It has an onsite restaurant that serves good food and it is very close to the French Quarter, Canal Street shopping, the St Charles St trolley and only a 10 minute brisk walk to Cafe du Monde. The location was perfect for us - a short walk from the French Quarter and Bourbon Street, but far enough away that it was quiet at night. I read other reviews that said the rooms weren't nice, but ours was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.
