Not only was the staff eceptionally nice the hotel itself was very clean and very nice. Easy to get to and easy parking! Bonus there is a TGI Friday's in the lobby! Also you have the option of being able to swim in their neighbors pool, all connected JW Marriot, Fairfeild and Springmill suites!! Will stay again!! -

The staff were wonderful - especially Cherie at the front desk- We want to make sure management knows what a gem they have there. Complementary breakfast was delicious with hot dishes included. Lovely patio on the canal to watch the paddle boats, canoes, kayaks and people walking along the canal. Even had Duck food to feed the ducks swimming by. V

We loved everything about our stay. The room was great! I thought I reserved a 1 bedroom queen suite city view and when we got there it was actually a 2 bedroom queen suite with a canal view, it was amazing! We came into town for the football game and my boyfriends 30th birthday, the staff brought him a birthday card and some candy that was so nice of them. A true surprise. The location was perfect. To whom it may concern, 4/20/13 Recently I and my company
President stayed at your facility in downtown Indianapolis. When we were
checking in on Wednesday April 10 th there was no reservation and you
were booked solid as was every other hotel your assistant general
manager Brian Carey(?) was checking on for me. Somehow I had accidently
selected A

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was extraordinarily quiet--I did not hear noise from either other guests or from city streets outside. Breakfast was fantastic! (and included!) Given the small room size, the bathroom was large. Front desk cheerfully marked my room as late checkout to facilitate my schedule.

Our view over looked a dumpster but it is the basic room. The rooms are nice and more designed for a long stay. The location is what makes it worth the young staff and the ok accommodations. -
