We loved our corner room. The reviews said the hotel rooms were small so we expected a closet. It was perfect complete with a balcony we didn't expect. The staff was courteous and very efficient especially handling large teenage groups. The cleaning staff kept the floors immaculate. Elevators and card system worked very well. It exceeded our value

The front desk clerk, Micah, made us feel really welcome upon our arrival. My daughter will be attending grad school at U. of H. next year, and he was very good at giving us info. on how to reach the university via the bus system. The hotel is very lucky to have Micah on the staff. The maintenance staff was also excellent and helped us very quickly when we experienced a power outage.

Perfect hotel for us. Right on Waikiki Beach. Staff very friendly and was almost like a boutique hotel. One of the best bargains on Oahu. Garage was convenient. We visited all of the major sights. Restaurants and shopping were all within walking distance. great ocean views! -

Excellent friendly staff! Feels like home. Spend 8 days there and its 8 days of heaven! its 60 odd steps to the beach. (its all about location)
The fast closing door elevator! Some may put this under "things i didn't like", but i love it!
I'd use it as a game with my travel mate to see who will get squashed by the door first! ( i lost!)
