I like that I requested a quiet room as the hotel was filled with
different teams. I was given a great quiet room and never once heard
kids running around. -
I liked everything about this hotel. The whole place was clean &
well kept up. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Free breakfast, location near Sea World,
Hotel is a little dated, but everything in the room looked pretty new except the carpet. We just needed a place to spend the night after full day at Sea World. it worked great for that. -
I am very thankful the staff helped me recover a bag that I left in my
room. It contained my id, and they kept it safe

Outstanding location - Hotel Circle - allowed for easy commute to Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Old Town, Airport, and more. We were able to go to the sites, then come back to the room for lunch and swimming and return to the sites for the evening - a great way to break things up for the kids.

I was pleasantly suprised by our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, and had been recently renovated. The staff was friendly andf helpful. It was definately a value for the price. I would recommend other people to stay at this hotel and I would absolutely stay there again.

Phenomenally good value for money. Just book it. The room was well and
tastefully appointed and fitted with tv, cafetiere and fridge as well as
table and chairs. A good cafe was on site serving simple but very
palatable fare. There were also gym and pool facilities which I did not
use. The location was very practical with only short drives to Sea
World, Midway Museum, Old Town, Zoo etc (in fact there were shuttles
available for a couple of these destinations). I felt very relaxed there

The Staff were wonderful -from the lobby greetings to the friendly and helpful Cleaning Staff! We were wished a Happy 39th Anniversary upon arrival with a smile and a warm chocolate cookie too (my hubby's favorite). The size of this resort hotel was much larger than I expected with a lot of nice amenities (restaurants, etc.) on grounds that we did not use (but would in the future). It was a very nice hotel. And so beautiful! We lived in a room with to large queen size. It was very spacious and a bit old fashioned. But in a good way. It was close to a big mall, which we really approved. We didn't have breakfast included, but there is a nice café in the area (the hotel is in a very big area and has a lot of rooms all over the place) that had good sandwiches and Starbuck coffee.

The staff was amazing and very helpful with transportation and anything else you asked them. They go above and beyond and always have a smile on their face. Rooms were very nice, great breakfast buffets, good dinners and drinks. Albert (2) were very nice and I wish I would have gotten the front desk persons names as they were all wonderful! -
