Unfortunately we arrived just after the bombs had gone off, the staff were on hand immediately to help and reassure us, they were extremely kind and upgraded us to a suite. Maureen booked us in for dinner at a local Restaurant and even sent us over her favourite cocktail while we were having dinner. Room was very comfortable and clean, location was good - will be back!!

It was great value for the money. We had a room on the top floor with a huge balcony looking out over the city. The room was clean and comfortable with a private bath. There was a microwave and cupboards with dishes. Very convenient. The guest house itself was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly. We were able to park our car right behind the guest house in the public alleyway. It is also near to a subway stop.

The hotel is within walking distance to the train/underground system. it wasnt as close to the ballpark as i would have liked but short distance on the train. Our reception on arrival was warm and friendly. This was our first visit to Boston and as it was early evening we were able to quickly obtain the information we needed regarding where to go to eat.
The room was clean and fresh with all we needed. However only 1 tea bag so for tea drinking Brit's this was a concern!
Location excellent for everything we wanted to do. Close to duck tours, good restaurants and only a short walk to Boston Common
