Location, location, location. You can't get much closer to the Disneyland entrance gates than this hotel. Also within easy walking distance of several restaurants. Nice rooms, pool is a big plus for the kids. Check out is at 11am but if you want to spend a last, full day at the park you can arrange to pay a parking fee and leave your car at the hotel. It is a buck less than parking at Disney and you don't have to spend precious morning time moving the car. For us it was a great convenienc

The location of the facility was great, it is walking distance from Disneyland. There is alot of resturants close by as well. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very cleaned. The housekeeping kept the room cleaned and brought fresh towels everyday and made the beds every day. The location of the facility is in a great location within walking distance from downtown disney, disneyland, california adventures, resturants, etc.

We were afraid that at these prices we've be staying in a scroungy place, but we were very pleasantly surprised. This is the second time that we have stayed here and I have been happy both times. There isn't anything fancy about this hotel, but the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly and the pool is well maintained and to top it off you can't beat the location. The hotel is right across the street from Disneyland. Which is nice after you have been at the park and just want to get back to your to your room. Especially if you have young children.

We loved the salt water pool! Rooms were large & comfortable for a
couple with 2 children. We loved the fireworks at night we could see
from our bedroom by the pool, the happy hour, the young hip yet family
atmosphere. Great customer service- staff was awesome from bartenders,
maintenance, waitresses, dining room to front desk! Love the buffet (a
little pricey) and the music was great all around the place.

The staff lead by Upali, was family! The room was always clean and stocked well,and each day we would return, to find the beds made up with all of our Amusement park toys and animals decorating the beds and room! The kids loved it, and we felt like family. It was also fun to meet the guests in the parking lot to watch Disney's nightly fireworks! B

The staff was phenomenal! Super helpful with all inquiries and generally just friendly. Definitely get bang for your buck. My boyfriend and I stayed 3 nights and never once did the staff disappoint. If you ask the management about short cuts to Disney it's only a 5 min walk to the trams so we were able to go in and out of Disney in about 20 min for quick changes or mid day naps no problem. Love this place!

The spacious room, was very clean as well. Room came with complimentary Starbucks coffees and teas. Very clean hallway and elevator. Lobby looks very luxurious. Shuttle service to Disney goes every 30 mins from the hotel, and every 15 and 45 minutes from the Disney, very convenient overall. I will stay again in Sheraton when I'm going to Disneyland.

Awesome location, cheapest place to stay so close to Disneyland. Stayed there on way to Texas and way back. They looked after my luggage in between to save me paying excess. Friendly staff, very helpful. Good basic room, cheap stay for the location. And did I mention the location? Stayed here with my wife in 2003/2004, came back and it's just as good.

This is small hotel on a nice quiet street, which I last visited 9 years ago. The new owners have recently taken over and lots of changes have been made, (the bar and restaurant have been updated and new child water play area is a work in progress).

Second time here...the kids used the pool this time and loved it..Never
hear any neighbors at this hotel, not in the hallway, above or next to
us, ever. Love that. Plenty of parking (even though they charge you for
parking and a "parking tax" on top of that) the spots are big
and you are not crammed in. Room was clean and comfortable.

Distance was awesome. 5min walk to front gate of Disneyland depending on how long you have to wait at the 2 crosswalks. Staff was very friendly and could tell me where everything was that I was looking for. Rooms were very comfortable and we were supplied ample pillows without even asking. Beds were comfortable and housekeeping came by during the day, even without requesting it, to make the beds and bring fresh towels. Looks like the rooms had been recently renovated and everything was very new

Overall, I thought the location was good. It was less than a ten minute
walk with a stroller. We were next to a 7/11 in case we forgot
something. The staff upgraded us to a suite which was nice. I liked
having a fridge and microwave. I also enjoyed the parking, and wi-fi
being no additional cost. In addition, the breakfast was nice all the
basics but one less expense that I didn't have to worry about.
