Staff was extremely friendly and assisted me with an earlier check in time with a different room at the same rate. Housekeeping was making their rounds as i checked in and were extremely helpful with extra towels and bathroom needs -

The bar, and the bartender, were perfect for relaxing at the end of a

... cosa dice la gente » vice of any I have ever visited (and I have stayed in many hotels in my travels). They can't do enough for you. The rooms are comfortable for the price and the location is fairly close to downtown Dallas (there is a shuttle, which is a great feature).

When checking in , I was asked by a gentlemen named Albert what was the
reason of our trip. I stated it was my husband & I 24th wedding
Anniversary, which he stated I will give you a upgrade. Come to find out
we were upgraded from a one bedroom to a 3 bedroom presidential suite
for no additional charge!! This was the biggest & nicest hotel room
I have ever seen!! I would like to say Thank You to Hilton & staff
for a very wonderful & enjoyable stay!

We had a corner room on the 7th floor with awesome view of the Dallas Skyline. The room decor made it feel luxurious. Close to many different style restaurants and price ranges. Hotel bar was comfortable with wonderful live music. Valet personnel were fast and pleasant. Appreciated the fact it isn't a cookie cutter type hotel. -

Check in was quick and easy. My room was updated and clean, everything worked. The bed was very comfortable. My husband and look forward to next stay. The staff was very kind and courteous. -

We stayed for 5 nights which gave us the opportuniy to use most of the excellent facilities at the hotel. We ate in the Restaurant a few times,had snacks in the Bar and always ended the day with a Cocktail back at the hotel. What sets this hotel apart is the amazing staff, the Reception, Concierge, Bar Staff, Restaurant Staff to the Girls in Bliss
