I really enjoyed this property. I have never stayed at hostel and was weary about this. When first speaking to the staff they made feel welcome. The bed was comfortable. The wifi was strong. very clean and eco-friendly. location was great. two blocks from union square, public transportation and ticket booth. Great restaurant around the area

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The usual large chains were booked so I stayed here by myself and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was extremely helpful. They allowed to check-in early.
Googled if couldn't answer my questions right away and then gave the best suitable solutions.
The location is ideal. Easy to access from BART and close to everything. No armies of homeless people nearby.
The italian restaurant and daily complimentary glass of wine was made the whole impression much better.
WiFi is good.

It was very close to all the public transportation we were using, they held our luggage for the day before we could check in, the room was recently renovated and very cute, free breakfast was ok with a few healthier options, big bang for you buck I was very pleased overall, way nicer than any other Super 8s I have stayed at -

This was THE most amazing customer service we have ever experienced . The staff can not do enough to help . Ken , Ann & Omar were amazing . What a wonderful welcome we received here - a breath of fresh air after the feeling of being on a cash conveyor belt in Las Vegas. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. So friendly and Wayne is incredibly knowledgable about where to go etc in and around the city. Wine & cheese each evening was a delightful social event which gave us the chance to chat with fellow guests. The location was brilliant too.

The hotel has a lovely feel to it - pleasant staff on arrival; comfortable rooms; well positioned for an easy stroll into town and access to all amenities. A free daily happy hour from 4pm to 6pm was a very welcome unexpected bonus. As the name of the hotel might suggest there are strong links to the military and as a visitor from the UK it was pleasing to see the level of respect that is shown.

ottima posizione, ottima struttura e pulizia delle camere, buon rapporto qualità prezzo - The room. It has such a character. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the barwith live music as well. The hotel was very clean which was a big plus. - It was in close proximity to everything fun about San Francisco.
