  This hotel is fabulous. We unfortunately only got to stay here one night, but the staff was more than accomodating to us and all of our needs. It's classy, clean, well worth the money, and was a very large room with the one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. HIGHLY recommend this hotel. - The fact that the hotel was so small made it so you saw the same front of house staff everyday. It made everything feel very familiar and comfortable. The room, although small, felt very comfortable and not too crowded.

  The room was clean and comfortable although the outlook from the window was onto an unspectacular building! However the room was quiet and relatively peaceful after the noise of New York city! We had requested a late check out, as we were in NYC celebrating a milestone birthday. Not only were we granted the late check out, but just minutes after checking into our room, the hotel attache was at our door, delivering scrumption cupcakes with a chocolate "Happy Birthday" plaque. Such a lovely touch, it was very much appreciated and immediately kicked off the weekend in birthday celebration mode.
