Il posto e la struttura dell' hotel. - We have stayed there before and it is our favorite place to stay in New Orleans. Good location and gorgeous. They are committed to providing first class service. - The rooftop was so romantic, you can look out over the city. The hotel had beautiful marble floors in the lobby.

Large, quiet, clean well appointed rooms!! French Quarter Convenience! Beautiful hotel with great unique bar! Perfect in every way! - hotel was really nice . valet parking was not so good it took 30 minutes to retrieve my car.

Since there was no room at the time of arrival--we left luggage and when we returned we were given a first class room at our regular room price. this made up for any inconvenience of room not available at time of arrival. Great location for enjoying the French quarter yet getting some sleep. East side of the French Quarter, one block from Bourbon St. Easy access to the city streetcar system. Busy staff try very hard to service the guests and succeed if you are patient. Lots of art and antique shops down Royal St. from hotel.

Excellent customer service, I love this hotel, I will definitely stay there again. I stay in Orleans every year, and I never had a great experience in a hotel before, I mean the service was excellent, the people who work here at Beinville is so nice and so friendly. - We love New Orleans and the staff (especially Sandra) made our stay here incredi
