From the minute we pulled into the car port we were greeted by friendly,

We went to watch the Chicago Bears play. The hotel was nice, walking
distance to Soldier Feild. Clean & modern hotel, cabs lined up
outside to take you anywhere your little heart desires, friendly staff,
and we booked through letsbookhotel.com and a received free parking bonus. I
compared rates with another large booking company, and letsbookhotel.com was
cheaper. I will definately book through them again!

We liked the hotel. It was in a good location if you are visiting the city. The Hotel Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night and had a problem with checkin. We enjoyed our stay at the Chicago Renaissance Hotel a great deal. The staff were congenial and respectful, appearing very invested in meeting our needs. We loved the attention to details such as, the lovely aroma that enveloped us when we walked into the lobby. Our comfortable room on the 21st floor, gave us a view of Lake Michigan, the Chicago River, State Street and nearby skyscrapers. We would definitely stay there again.

Pennsylvania since 6 years back, origin from Sweden and travel
frequently globally. The hotel is perfect for shopping, museums and a
vast variety of restaurants just around the corner! 5 min from the
Magnificent Mile, 15 min to the Navy Pier and 20 min walking to Shedd

The location was excellent for my wife to shop unti she drop. The
beautiful layout of interior and exterior rooms was breath-taking. Our
room was spacious and the king-sized bed was very comfortable. My son
loved the sofa bed which was very comfortable and relaxing as well. We

The hotel was located at 'the loop', where everything happend in Chicago.
It was great to have a train station just in front of the hotel. We were there during a cold weather with snow, and to run away from the cold, train is the best and cheapest way to visit the city. The apartment was very complete, for who will ahve a long stay it is perfect to cook and have cheaper meals. My husband and I had breakfast every day there and dinner at the the bars and restaurant close to the hotel.

The room was spacious. The staff graciously moved us to another floor when ours became noisy because of high schoolers that were there for some music competition. The breakfast bar was wonderful. We originally only had this hotel booked for 1 night and then would move to another Hilton. We were able to our same room for the additional nights. The room was clean and comfortable and we had an awesome view. Noah one of the doormen was extremely helpful and gave us excellent recommendations for meals. All of the staff that I came across were polite and efficient.
