Overall I was comfortable enough. Got a good online price for the room. Despite the fact that this location is older and needs upgrading I did not find anything that grossed me out like I have found in other hotels / motels.
Alright rooms, kept clean. Amazing price. Fair management.

would have liked some fresh fruit.
I did not care for the mattress. Too soft. Also, the very edges of the floors where it meets the walls need someone to go around with an edging tool on the vacuum to clean the dust up. I could clearly see the line of demarcation where the vacuum could not get up to the baseboard and that last 3/4 of an inch was grayish. I wonder what is underneath the beds? I was not grossed out but it does leave the best impression either...

Mold On Bathroom Walls Gave A Cheap Motel Feel. They Ran Out Of Breakfast Items Quickly.
Building is in dire need of updating. Furniture and room in general was very outdated. No hot water in vanity sink. Card keys deprogramed themselves.
The beds.
The mattress needs replacing. The standing lamp needed a new bulb; that
should have been caught by house keeping. The bathroom needs remodeling.
Broken tile and damaged trim.
