I had my four young granddaughters with me and if saved me alot of money not to have to take them into restaurants and waste food. It is new and very clean. i stayed in a suite and was very surprised to find it has a kitchen complete with full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and cooktop. It was perfect for hosting a group of friends for cocktails and appetizers.

  This hotel was in walking distance to many shops and dining places. The hotel was very elegant and the staff was friendly. The king bed was so comfortable and room was very nice. - Location is ideal. Walkable to everything. Our (club) room was large, clean, & very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

  The room was clean. There were plenty of towels and the towels were soft, not scratchy like some hotels. We had a microwave and a refrigerator. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. They had a continental breakfast that ran from 6am to 10am. A pool was available at the hotel nearby if needed. - It was amazing.   A shuttle service, driven by jim, was a wonderful addition. We did not know the area, and it was a great service to us. Jim and George on the desk was very friendly. - The free shuttle bus to downtown Portsmouth in the evening was awesome - great service! It was nice to have a hot breakfast in the a.m., not just a continental one.
