The staff were very nice, laid back, and funny. When I checked in I was given a plethora of information about the area like sites to see and what there was to do in town. My room was very cozy and there was ample parking. I'd totally stay there again and recommend it to anyone. I do know the name is changing soon so hopefully the new owners don't mess up the awesome that is the Outlaw Inn.

I really enjoyed Angela from the front desk.....we found her to be very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff overall were excellent. Front Desk staff were excellent, easy access for partially disabled guest. Casino in building. Spacious rooms. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I have stayed here twice now and will return again. The motel was adequate for our needs. Staff very friendly and helpful. All of the staff members were most considerate and kind. They upgraded us to a suite when they were out of the room we asked for. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. It was close to Glacier National Park. evening staff-comfort- price. Staff was very friendly and helpful. nice size room. nothing. beds. They did come right down and clean up the cookie but the rugs are old and dirty... Staff at the front desk were friendly and gave us back our money. They had a room available and the front end staff were friendly. Not much. Nothing. The phone was totally nasty. The outside of the building and surrounding area makes you think twice about staying there, but you need to go inside, the rooms aren't stellar looking but are very comfortable. The bar that is attached to the motel was very poor service, actually none at all. After waiting for our waitress for 10 minutes, we got up and left. Old facility in need of updating, upkeep in public areas. Wish there was a fridge in the room. Needs renovations. the bed was very hard and couldnt sleep on it. Too dark Walking to dining room like going thru a tunnel/maze. Outside doors need to be replaced. Could be easy for someone who isn't a guest to get in. Roof is in very bad condition. Walls in the hallways needed cleaning or painting, rugs in the hallway needed cleaning. The shower was too low and you had to do an impossible backbend to get your hair wet. It was old and had some sewer gas smells every so often. It looked like it would have been an excellent hotel about 30 years ago. morning staff. The Outlaw Inn needs a make over and I believe one is in the works. Currently it looks run down. The pool was colder than the lake and rivers, 2 of 3 hot tubs closed. The pool was not attached to the hotel and the hot tub was terrible. The water was not hot and the jets barely were there! We were told there was a restaurant on the premesis and there was not. The two bedside lamps did not work. There was a rip in the bed sheet. The shower head allowed only a trickle of water and the breakfast was minimal. For the price, this hotel was not what I expected. There was no hair dryer in the room..the room was pretty old and it showed in the bathroom...floors, walls, etc. The carpet was old and I'm not sure just how clean it was. The water would change temperature randomly during my shower. Old facility...smell, decor, grounds.... needs the bathroom walls and trim fixed. the air conditioner kept turning off, the light hanging from the ceiling was tied up toward the ceiling, the carpet was very worn especially at the door threshold,there were spots on the bathroom wall that were discusting,the bed was not comfortable, in short the hotel needs to be scrapped !. dirty bathroom, no hot water, dirty sink, windows didn't open, no pool or hot tub. the hotel is old as staff said, it's really need repair on everything, it is a good location, but not confortable. If we had know it was in swuch bad shape we never would have stayed...I now know that a new company has taken over and are going to fix it up...Its had no dinning room...there was an oreo cookie on our carpet in the room....it was bad...we were going to move as we booked 2 nights but for older people thats not so easy.... Checked into our room (after driving thru all of the potholes in the parking lot. Got inside the room and did not find it clean bright and run down furniture. Went into the washroom and there was no enamel on the bath tub. It just wasn't a place I wanted to spend any time in so we checked out immediately. We stayed a few years ago there and enjoyed it BUT IT HAS GONE DOWNHILL!!. The room was not cleaned when we arrived and was not cleaned during our stay. The hotel seemed sketchy and the host at the complimentary breakfast was rude. Not enough plug ins coffee maker did not work burned fingers with steam when tried to turn it off. Dirty. Woman's face powder on sink. Hair in bath tub. Flea bites on my feet... And the air conditioner was not large enough for the square footage of the room. For paying 164 per night it was disgraceful. cleanliness, smell, stains, hair, not updated, 3rd try on the rooms was bearable. I stayed 3 more nights in Kalispell at the Hampton. very dated, very loud with people parting all night ,kids runing in the halls ,too much money for this hotel i give it a 4 out of 10 for value and overall stay. Rooms obviously not being cleaned between guests. My parents asked to be moved after finding a mouldy burger in bedside drawer, so they were moved to a room with 1/2 a tube of Pringles and 2 pairs of socks under the bed. My room had coins and fluff on the floor and under the bed. Non smoking room stank of smoke. A $65 motel room for $130 hotel prices. Staff would barely acknowledge anyone, the dining room was a trek away. I could go on.
