Being close to the DFW airport and having a free 24 hour shuttle was my reason for choosing the hotel, and the staff made it feel like visiting family between flights separated by a day. The shuttle driver was prompt and gave me a bottle of cold water and then the front desk clerk handed me a warm chocolate chip cookie as I registered. After delayed flights and an after midnight arrival at DFW, I felt the stress melt away--thanks to the staff.
tutti gli commenti dei clienti » The food in the restaurant is terrible as was the service in the bar. Perhaps this was an off night but when we complained the bartender just shrugged his shoulders. Management made no effort to remedy the issue so my overall opinion of this hotel will be greatly diminished. I think when you bring it to the attention of management they should at least respond. We were travelling back from overseas, just arriving to USA after several years away. The staff were particularly supportive and helpful over the 2 days we were at the hotel. Great service from the shuttle drivers as well as from Alex at the front desk. Sure made everything easy. Allison (reception) she calmed me down, paid me back a cab fare, upgraded our room, gave me discount vouchers and contacted me three times to make certain we were both now relaxed. I was very appreciative of the fact to leave our vehicle while traveling and being able to be picked up at the airport and returned to our vehicle. That was very nice. I liked that everything that was planned for my family was no more than ten minutes away and that they had a pool that was baby friendly that my boys enjoyed. Convenience to the airport, shuttle to the airport, free parking, comfortable room, great staff, excellent food, price, and chocolate chip cookie. room was very quiet despite being near airport. staff excellent. restaurant food excellent. courtesy shuttle bus service excelent. The bed was comfy liked that there was a safety rail in the tub the room spacious by the way loved the chair in the room. close to airport as only a overnight stay, free shuttle to airport. The cookie, and the beds are very comfortable. Quick response on counter. The breakfast should be provided or at least be a reasonable cost--the breakfast buffet was $17. The food was worse quality than you would get at a fast food restaurant. The bartender was curt and made no efforts to improve the situation. The bathtub seemed quite small for such a nice room. The overall bathroom features appeared a bit dated, I suppose as well as the overall feel of the room being just a bit dated. Otherwise all was very comfortable and very clean. Four time I called the hotel to arrange for transport each time being put 'on-hold'. This made me very angry and my wife fed up with dfw. Get the pick-up transport right!. The gift shop should have gifts rather than just food stuffs. Some items of the area would have been nice at a reasonable price. I had problems with my keys several times and the bathrooms weren't very clean. Nothing. The bath tub was not made for comfort for a hot bath. Staff gave wrong information regarding shuttle. All three gave me different answer and run around all day when I ask for ride to near by shopping complex. Cookies? which they advertise and did not even offered to kids even.
