Excellent location for a short walk to the beach, also only a short ride to the outlets in Kittery 30 minutes and the Marginal way in Ogunquit, 45 minutes. Great staff,they were courteous and friendly and made you feel welcomed, The rooms and the grounds were kept very clean. -

I love the service, great employees! I love how the location was in the middle of Hampton beach, legit 1 second walk away from the beach. Atlantic Sands has a convenience store, so if you run out of drinks you know where to go. The bars are not that far if your looking for a good time. Waking up to the absolutely beautiful sunrise. Listening to the crashing of the waves. It was peaceful relaxing. Located just a short distance from the Hampton Boardwalk. Nice to return to the quiet of the room after spending the day on the boardwalk.
