  Excellent location for a short walk to the beach, also only a short ride to the outlets in Kittery 30 minutes and the Marginal way in Ogunquit, 45 minutes. Great staff,they were courteous and friendly and made you feel welcomed, The rooms and the grounds were kept very clean. - everything, The staff was awesome, we had a problem arise with our ac... cosa dice la gente » unit. there was a new ac with in one hour, no questions asked. the entire staff was great. the location was one block from the beach. We will continue to stay there when ever we go up the Hampton Beach.
