I enjoyed many things. The area to all kinds of shops and restaurants. The motel was very clean, front desk friendly, nice breakfast, warm clean blankets. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a light bulb out and within a few minutes the maintenance man was there changing the bulb. The room was larger and nicer than expected. I expected 2 beds, a bath, and a tv. I got a suite with a living area, plus a bedroom.

Met the needs of a tech worker simply looking for a place to shower, sleep, then back to the job. Size of suite. Handicap accessable. Great pool, kiddie pool and hot tub. Breakfast good for a free buffet. The staff was great, super friendly! The room was very nice. Would recommend it to friends and family. Staff was very helpful, courteous. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Good value for your money. Very Comfortable and Price reasonable. Value and convenience; free WiFi. Suite style room. Recreational area. Was placed in room close to our parked car. Was able to have a late check out. Price/location. nothing at all. The hot tub had some terrible build up on the sides of it and looked like some gray thick stuff, it was very gross so we opted out of that. The pool was nice and warm but was not clean, after using those two things I had green hair and sensitivity to personal areas had occurred. The back and side entry ways were on the dirty side. It left a negative impression in my mind as I entered the hotel. There was peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, and something black near the vent. I got lost trying to find the pool. The carpeting in our room was in bad need of replacing. The house keeping staff was a bit inconsistent re. Provisioning the room. The maintenance dept. Did sloppy work. We reported a leak beneath our bar sink early one morning and when we returned later that day, the 'fix' was to place a bucket beneath the sink rather than fixing the leak. Room's carpeting was clean but really needs re-streching. Northwest parking lot pole lights were not operable. Mold in the shower. Shower needed retiling (some were missing!). Mysterious red stain in the carpet. Found a few small items on the floor that indicated it hadn't been vaccuumed properly. The hallways and elevator were very warm. nothing. Health / gym facilities were poor other than an indoor swimming pool. Heater did not have a control in which to turn it on and regulate it. Coffeemaker stopped working after one use. Couches and carpet were soiled. Room had stains on carpet and furniture (beyond what would seem average for this class of hotel). Made us question overall cleanliness. Breakfast could have offered a few more options. The facility looks really bad. The hallways needed vacuuming, you can see where paint has been touched up on the walls. There was duct tape holding the elevator wallpaper together. Wallpaper on the walls was peeling. It smelled like smoke in the hallways....gross! The room was fine except on the second floor a big picture window that is unable to lock and did not have a screen! Really? How unsafe is that?. Got sent to another hotel because they sold my room. Horrible customer service this site has.
