Your guest service team at the front desk was by far the best group I have encountered in my travels. I called the day before our arrival and was greeted with the Southern Hospitality the South is well known for. Our every request was treated with a friendly and warm response. I liked it was affordable and it was close to the bilo center. I liked it had a kitchen and the pool looked really nice however I didn't get to enjoy it because I was a volunteer for the men's conference so time didn't allow me to. It is defintely somewhere I would stay again.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was awesome. The suite had everything one would need. Girl at desk was wonderful even though she had to deal with a lot of issues. She was always polite and professional. Breakfast and location. Large kitchen area. Was an OK place to stay for a one nighter. Layout of room and fireplace. location ease of check in. Room for all 5 of us. price. The price, but I did get a discount because I used letsbookhotel.com. We did not like anything regarding this hotel. The price was fair. Location. Absolutely nothing. I liked nothing. Nothing. nothing. It would have been nice to have complimentary coffee available 24 hours. We were advised that coffee was not available until breakfast hours. We were early morning risers (5am in the workout room) and coffe would have been nice. As volunteers we had to be at the bilo center at 6:30 on Saturday morning. Would have been nice if we could have eaten breakfast before we left but breakfast didn't start until 7. Also your website said pull out couch it was more like pull out love seat it was kind of small. All and all nice place for your money I would stay again. Hotel didn't have my registration, even after I provided my booking number (I had booked through a third-party website). Was run down looking and very hard to find. I could hear people talking above me very clearly. Was charged $75 fee for having a small dog in room. We got to the hotel from a 3 hour drive at 2pm. Check in time was 3pm. We were told the room wasn't ready yet which was understandable since we were early. However, We were not allowed in our room until 5pm because the room was not ready. We were in town for a state gymnastics meet and I had to get my child ready in the hotel lobby because we weren't allowed in our room. Mattress was old and lumpy. Pillows too big. Hurts to lilie on them. No wash cloths. Told front desk. They never delivered. Didn't feel clean. Needed upgrade. Old furniture and carpet Stains on mattresses and carpet. exterior needs repair did not clean my room one day and no washcloths uncomfortable mattress poor breakfast service. Outside was pretty run down looking. OUTDATED! Needs major repairs!!! Doesn't look anything like the pictures!! Need some security!! People next to us partied all night!!. The hotel was old and needed lots of remodeling. Lots!!! The outside was dirty. Had to stay because we had no other options. But I will never stay there again and I won't recommend it to anyone. Super scary! Hotel was dark (NO outside lights), run-down (chipped paint on the outside of the buildings, old furnishings, stairs were unsafe), outdated, had bugs everywhere (inside and out), slept on bedspread with blanket that had holes in it - NOT friendly surroundings. We are hesitant to use letsbookhotel.com again because of this!! Cheap is not better! We will recommend Greenville, but not this Hotel. I have paid $80/night and many places better and cleaner than this. It looks like an abandoned apartment complex. In great need of upgrading in the rooms. The blankets did not appear clean, and the blankets had holes in them. Would not consider a second stay. Disappointed considering "Wyndam" has their name attached to this place. Steps to landing and room were unsafe. I'd be ashamed to be associated with the motel if I were Wyndam. It was the most run down motel we've ever stayed in. You could even see light all the way around the door. It was built in the 70's and never upgraded from any of the original items including the tv!. The rooms were dirty underwear and other under garments were left in my loft from a previous visit and it had numerous unmarked cars with excessive loud music making drug transactions all through the night and the pictures of the room looked nothing like what I got!!! Very trashy. I will never stay here again!!!. This was the nastiest place we have ever stayed. Pictures were nothing like the hotel. Everything was wrong when we got the . We had no tissue and when we called nothing was ever bought to us. Front desk was rude and not helpful! Was so disappointed and would like a refund!!. This place was awful. It hasn't been updated since it was built. The sofa was dirty, carpet stained, black duct tape on the molding in the bathroom. The entrance to the room was littered with cigarette butts. It took about 5 tries to get the door to the room open. The building has Not been maintained. I wouldn't let my dog stay in this place. this hotel is disgusting! dirty, worn, cigarette burns everywhere. I have already written to Wyndham about this property. It is in a terrible state of disrepair, both inside and outside, paint pealing from ceiling, broken towel rack, blankets with numerous holes in them, chipped furniture, beds with mattresses almost at floor level and bedspreads so old.....!!! AND cockroaches. The outside of the building has not had any attention for many years and external staircases are a hazard. You need to seriously consider removing this facility from your offerings.
