  We travel to Great Falls often. We have found our new place to stay. The staff was friendly and efficient. We decided to go down a night early, when I phoned they were more than willing to work with us. We ended getting an upgrade for free so we would not have to change rooms.   I stay at the Crystal Inn whenever I travel to Great Falls, which is usually twice a year. They have always been very courteous, clean and the breakfast is outstanding. The women who greet and work in the breakfast room are extremely nice and happy even in the early morning! - The staff were very friendly.
