  I loved your pick up service to and from the airport and to and from the cruise terminal. Organization to do this was excellent! Check in was quick and food in the dining room was good. Having the complimentary breakfast was another plus. The Manager asked me for our passports for identification and suddenly i realised i left both passports on the plane. He was very professional and accomodating the whole time. They just couldn't do enough to make sure we were comfortable. We liked the rooms. Getting to the ship was very easy and well organized.
