The staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant.
Location.
Everything was perfect except the air conditioner didn't work in 90' weather it was a bit much.
Earwigs (bugs) in the room - infestation and numerous HAIRS on the bathroom floor!!!
Staff did not care, made flippant comment to "tell housekeeping about it - thanks".
