Good formula that is actually not designed to let you pay for as much as possible, but to make you feel comfortable. Example is the kick back complimentary drinks and food, and free wifi -

The staff was very friendly and so willing to assist. I like a place where you feel very comfortable when you need assistance. I also liked having a lot of pillows. -

We loved the room, it was set up well and was a great value! We had a group of 6 adults and one toddler and it was very convenient and family friendly. We loved the breakfast spread, suited everybody's tastes. As I said we were traveling with a toddler which can sometimes be challenging but the large layout of the room and the kitchenette area

maintenance issues. Hotel was under construction, but was never noisy or
an inconvenience. Pool was closed, but was able to take kids to ymca
free of charge. Kids loved it and it was within blocks of the hotel.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They took time with each customer and answered questions thoroughly. The breakfast was fantastic. The room was extremely clean.

This was the best hotel we have stayed at in a long time. Although it
was close to the highway there was no noise. Everything was a cut above
the Hilton hotels we usually stay in. I think we were lucky to get the
rate or we probably could not have afforded it. Felt like an oasis. -

Loved the outdoor pool with bar. Very friendly staff. Room very nice. Located near lake which was unique. Loved the location and shops/restaurants in the hotel area. -

The location was perfect, right off I-270. Close to, in walking distance, Denny's and a nice bar/grill. Nearby a beautiful park which was great for jogging. -
Breakfast was good. Variety & boiled eggs, so there was some
protein.
