We are a Family Of 4 and enjoyed the city location. We live in
Pennsylvania since 6 years back, origin from Sweden and travel
frequently globally. The hotel is perfect for shopping, museums and a
vast variety of restaurants just around the corner! 5 min from the
Magnificent Mile, 15 min to the Navy Pier and 20 min walking to Shedd
Aquarium. But to the Science Museum we (adults) felt the kids-pressure
and took a taxi. A 15 min drive. Don't miss a Segway tour (13 and
above) and the Sky-walk-glas-

This is a good location. The red line subway is just next to the main
hotel entrance. The Magnificent Mile is a couple of blocks away. There
are many restaurants within walking distance. A one page list was
provided by the hotel. A business center is provided by the hotel where
you can check the internet and print off information without charge.

Our room was very spacious and quiet. They put us on the top floor, next to the stairwell so we didn't hear any street traffic. I loved how quiet the bathroom was. The lights didn't buzz and the toilet wasn't loud. I was very impressed by the staff at the front desk and would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat!

The staff were absolutely wonderful. I was traveling with my two grand daughters and the staff went out of their way to talk to the girls and genuinely show an interest in what they had been doing and had seen in Chicago. They deserve an A+++++ The ladies serving breakfast were also very friendly and helpful. -

... cosa dice la gente » oney. We arrived three hours before check in but they found a room for us right away. It's very close to public transit and Amtrack. The pool was small but our kids had a great time using it. The free wifi was great and the breakfast was excellent.

Was comfortable and convenient. When I told them that I needed to keep my insulin cool they gave me a little refrigerator without charge. The suite was real value for money. Mother and grown-up son had all the space they needed. The hotel was great, the location was fantastic! It's close to
shopping and great restaurants. Room was clean and spacious. Front desk
staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a slight mix up with our
room, and Michael, the night manager, handled it just great. He took
good care of us, and I would stay there again!(Also, we loved the water
in the lobby!) -
quite a transformation in a year's time -we stayed there we/ another teen grandchild last yr and returned for 2 reasons, the location and the suite option.
Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Concierge services were terrific.Everything was spotlessly clean - great housekeeping services! Our suite was exactly what I had asked for, view included - loved it!

We didn't get a river view room, but who we met there did and it was
spectacular! The staff was very friendly, very accommodating. I liked
the breakfast included meal plan which was an outstanding value. The
location was off the beaten path but close enough if you wanted a nice
long walk through the city to take it all in. I was very pleased with
the facility and would definitely stay there again.

the metro station and the magnificent mile. You can easily reach
anywhere. There are a couple of nice restaurants nearby. It's good

Clean linens and fresh room. Plenty of towels. Air conditioning worked well and was quiet. I got caught up on some much-needed sleep. The breakfast was delish - especially the country gravy with sausage! Also, they had a pancake maker that was fun to use. The concierge gave me some good restaurant recommendations and knew the immediate area well.

Close to the Midway Airport and the shuttle service was convenient to get you to the airport in minutes. Rooms were very quiet - no noise from inside or outside the hotel came in. The on-site restaurant offered a good selection of choices and there were a number of other choices nearby of one wanted to go out for a meal. -

The room was spacious. The staff graciously moved us to another floor when ours became noisy because of high schoolers that were there for some music competition. The breakfast bar was wonderful. Lots of good food, hot and cold and plenty of seating.We also liked seeing the skyline from out 12th floor window.
