  We loved the décor, the atmosphere; the staff members were all awesome! They gave quick easy-to-follow directions to all the places we needed to be. The room itself was very cozy & comfortable. Simply a great experience, Thanks Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park!!! - When we arrived, they told us our room had been overbooked. But they put us up across the street the first night for free and upgraded us to a suite the second night. Obviously not everyone can expect this to happen, but it's a testament to the hotel's willingness to take care of it's guests. Would definitely stay there again. Great location, too.

  Location great with nearby museums, shopping, parks in walking distance. Hotel very well run with friendly staff. Very clean rooms and loved the executive business suite with two bathrooms.   The staff was accommodating, informative, and friendly. The location was absolutely phenomenal for the price--walking distance to L and bus stops. So friendly and helpful, they really made us feel like they were to make our stay as pleasant as possible...a claim made by all hotels and motels, but a promise not always kept. Keep it up! - The hotel is a little gem. It was very clean, nicely decorated, very friendly helpful staff, great location with a lot nearby especially restaurants. The beds and bedding were really comfortable, loved the soft ribbed blankets and we didn't hear people talking through the walls. The Chicago magazine was really helpful and Pizza Ora was a great find.

  Room was super. Beds were so comfortable that I have never slept better in my life and the bathroom was equally superb with 2 huge washbasins. In most places nowadays you only get a shallow worthless basin but not in the Blackstone.
