We are a middle aged couple that traveled with our daughter and grand-baby. The suite design of the room worked great for us. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the polka dotted shower curtain was a bit of whimsy for a motel room. -

Opposite Walden Galleria, very clean and comfortable with good power shower. Complimentary breakfast included, also 24 hr complimentary tea/coffee. Friendly staff, free wifi and free parking, close to airport. McDonald's right outside. -

this was our 1st stay at the Fairfield inn and from the second we walked through the door we were pleasantly surprised at how clean the place was and the staff at the front desk were so friendly, we have stayed in many hotels in that area and never been in one that was immaculately clean as the room we were in and i dont use that word loosly,so th

Great price and breakfast, rooms very nice. Staff at breakfast were so
friendly and helpful .. they appeared to really care that every thing
looked good, was fresh and well stocked. Made our review of the hotel in
general much better. Ever though we had a couple issue I am willing to
give them a second chance

Nice hotel. Staff here were amazing. Tv sucked, but theres a denneys conviently right beside the hotel. Unfortunatly buffalo is just a terrible city to be in for to long. I would definatly recommend this hotel. -
Room was easy to access for handicapped. Housekeeper very good. Day
shift front desk very helpful. Waitress in restaurant very good.

Starting with the smiling and friendly staff at Reception; rooms very clean; parking spot close to the room; great breakfast; availability of hot drinks throughout the day; quiet despite the fact that there were quite a few guests in the hotel; great location for shopping trips (Walden Galleria). Cookies at the desk are a nice touch, front desk helpful when we asked about delivery pizza. Place was clean so was the pool area.
Will stay here again for sure.
