Parking was at a premium. We arrived after 9:00 PM and when the desk clerk heard me say I had to go out to find a parking space, he moved his car from a very convenient spot, so I could use it.
The hotel has a lot of younger soccer players and it wasvery loud in the lobby. However, hotel management assured us, there was "quiet" time, starting

The room was clean, modern and spacious. Enjoyed the amenities like the hot tub and pool. The hotel provided free shuttle to a nearby restaurant without hesitation

We are a middle aged couple that traveled with our daughter and grand-baby. The suite design of the room worked great for us. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the polka dotted shower curtain was a bit of whimsy for a motel room. -

Opposite Walden Galleria, very clean and comfortable with good power shower. Complimentary breakfast included, also 24 hr complimentary tea/coffee. Friendly staff, free wifi and free parking, close to airport. McDonald's right outside. -

this was our 1st stay at the Fairfield inn and from the second we walked through the door we were pleasantly surprised at how clean the place was and the staff at the front desk were so friendly, we have stayed in many hotels in that area and never been in one that was immaculately clean as the room we were in and i dont use that word loosly,so th

Great price and breakfast, rooms very nice. Staff at breakfast were so
friendly and helpful .. they appeared to really care that every thing
looked good, was fresh and well stocked. Made our review of the hotel in
general much better. Ever though we had a couple issue I am willing to
give them a second chance

I chose this hotel for its good price and location next to the airport
with free shuttle. I live in Buffalo and my plane left before dawn, so
this was a better option than leaving my house at 4 A.M. The bed and
pillows were very comfortable, neither too hard nor too soft, the shower

desk staff super friendly and helpful. Snowed all weekend and one of the staff came and shoved out our car for us. Desk staff always very cheerful. They kept the lobby floor from getting too wet from the snow. Maintenance came right away when we were having trouble with our fridge. This is my second time here and was a super great experience

Nice hotel. Staff here were amazing. Tv sucked, but theres a denneys conviently right beside the hotel. Unfortunatly buffalo is just a terrible city to be in for to long. I would definatly recommend this hotel. -
Room was easy to access for handicapped. Housekeeper very good. Day
shift front desk very helpful. Waitress in restaurant very good.

Cookies at the desk are a nice touch, front desk helpful when we asked about delivery pizza. Place was clean so was the pool area.
Will stay here again for sure.
