  Starting with the smiling and friendly staff at Reception; rooms very clean; parking spot close to the room; great breakfast; availability of hot drinks throughout the day; quiet despite the fact that there were quite a few guests in the hotel; great location for shopping trips (Walden Galleria). Place was clean so was the pool area. Will stay here again for sure.

  Nice hotel. Staff here were amazing. Tv sucked, but theres a denneys conviently right beside the hotel. Unfortunatly buffalo is just a terrible city to be in for to long. I would definatly recommend this hotel. - Room was easy to access for handicapped. Housekeeper very good. Day shift front desk very helpful. Waitress in restaurant very good.

  I liked the location and the relaxation of the lobby and its features for waiting for a flight or your partner etc Staff gave me friendl direction to shopping and route home It was easy for me to wait for my husband from his flight and we had dinner there - Staff was very nice and helpful. I didn't eat in the hotel restaurant but room service was good.

  Parking was at a premium. We arrived after 9:00 PM and when the desk clerk heard me say I had to go out to find a parking space, he moved his car from a very convenient spot, so I could use it. The hotel has a lot of younger soccer players and it wasvery loud in the lobby. Enjoyed the amenities like the hot tub and pool. The hotel provided free shuttle to a nearby restaurant without hesitation
