  The overall appearance of the hotel ..all of the Unc memorabilia was fantastic from the moment we step out of our vehicle into the lobby was just great .You knew you were truely at a place That embraced the Unc culture!! - The days were cold and rainy and the room was so warm and inviting.   The staff was wonderful!! We were there for prom and the staff helped us find flowers, restaurants, shopping, everything! When my daughter's boyfriend picked her up, the ladies behind the desk came out, helped her pin on his flower, and took pictures of all of us. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. - Desk clerk was very friendly ... cosa dice la gente » and helpful. Do not have her name but we were there Monday the 2nd checking out Tuesday the 3rd. She represrnted your hotel admirably and we were impressed. Stayed the second nite in Statesville at a HI express and had rude treattment. Please pass along my comments.
