The first night there we were in a room located on the back of the property, while the room was fine, the guest near us, were loud and not respectful to anyone around them. We called the front around 12:30 Saturday morning, and the staff assured us they would take care of the problem. Dana, from the office, moved us to a wonderful room and we felt like royalty!!!   I like the location. The beach right across the road.I love the cost. It was clean and nice. I left money in my room. It was laying out in the open. When I came back my room was clean and my money was just where I left it. That was great. I've stayed in other places and left money laying and it would be gone when I came back.   I was very pleased with everything. We got to the hotel to check in; I gave the lady at the front desk my confirmation number. She looked at me and informed me I put in the wrong date in the computer. She was very kind. They had one room left. It was a queen room, smoking. There was 2 adults and 2 children (ages 6 and 9). She explain to me that they were out of rol - i liked that the staff was very friendly. i was actually scared to stay there due to all the bad reviews, but glad we did stay there after all. pet friendly, clean(well as clean as you can get with all the beach sand you drag in- lol). as soon as we got there they offered us an upgrade (cheap!) and we ended up stayn longer. i did not like the reviews i read before our trip.   The manager and staff were nice and very helpful. Our first night there we had a problem with the lock on our door and the young lady on duty, Katydia Manning , went above and beyond to try to get us into the room.
