This is the ideal hotel for those wishing to visit the Berkeley University campus. It has a significant historical background related to the University. In many ways it is therefore rather a specialist hotel with a particular clientele.

As a local who just wanted to take a staycation, loved having a balcony,
but wished the front desk had informed me I had no water view. I would
have upgraded had I been informed.
We had the buffet breakfast on Sunday morning and had a great conversation with one of the wait staff from Tibet, she made you feel right at home.
I'd definitely return.

The reason for my trip was to drop my daughter off at her first year of college at Berkeley. Her move there was good. Your's staff help out with questions, maps and directions needed for her move. Great place to stay. I cant wait to go back. Thank you so much.
