Great location and very comfortable. Not a luxurious hotel but a great value in the heart of Westwood Village. Free breakfast was quite good as these things go. Convenient for visiting UCLA. -

Together with my 3 friends, we stayed at the Intercontinental at Beverly Hills for 4 nights. Every single staff member we came into contact with were so nice & inviting, we were so sad to leave. Complimentary car service within 1.5 miles.... can it get any better than that?

the staff were very helpful, and even found us a very fast laundry service nearby. we visited for a UCLA visit, and was the prefect location. -

Nice. Interesting due to history. Clean. Safe. Comfortable. Fun to sit at front lounge/bar. Watch the fancy cars and people arrive.
The hotel is old, But the spirit that you feel is warm, happy, and comforting. I will definitely come back, but I want a refrigerator

The room was impressive and stylish. The bed was so comfortable. Great value for the price. Staff was friendly. The night shift/early morning concierge gave us a cup of coffee at 3am when we were checking out to go to the airport. He didnt havego to, ya know? Nice extra touch. I will definitely stay here again. -

Avalon is well designed with great facilities and wonderful staff. The pool area is great for dining and entertaining alike. Rooms are super-comfortable and the staff can't do enough. We were on honeymoon and were so well looked after, with plenty of well wishing and bubbles on the house! -

great smile and explanations. The entire staff was courteous.
The room was spacious and good value for money. Especially considering that it is in Beverly Hills. I would book there again.

Room was clean. Check in/out was quick. Location is excellent and
safe, close to great restaurants like Bouchon and Spago, easily
accessible (with a car) to places like Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Santa
Monica, it just took us about 20 minutes to Downtown. There are also
convenience stores and a couple of public parkings within walking
distance from the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, it was very
quick and easy to rent a car through the hotel.

Loved this place. Stayed in February 2009. The place was lovely, had a fabulous time but the absolute highlight for me was Steve who was on reception and made our stay absolutely brilliant. I cannot tell you how much he went out of his way for his. We still talk about him now!! Very rarely do you get such great service. Will go back for him a
