How quite it was throughout the hotel. Not to much traffic on the roadway or in the parking lot of the hotel. Nice clean and very tidy. Will br staying here again when I come back on another trip. Beds nice. Very clean. Super convenient to the couple of things I wanted to see while being in Arlington for only a few hours. The young lady at the desk the evening of 8/5 was wonderful.

Plus the hot tub was very relaxing.. A great hotel located close to stadiums, six flags and right in between Fort Worth and Dallas. Very comfortable rooms with a great bed. Close to a few good steakhouses. I liked how close it was to all the attractions. The trolley stop just outside the door was a nice perk. The breakfast was very nice. Great location for us Shuttle for the Cowboys game Good variety for breakfast Room very clean, spacious Friendly staff. Loved the comfort, location, etc. hotel is very well designed, very comfortable, and staff is fantastic!. I love the fact that the hotel had a spa included! Again, small gripe, nice property. Was a little dissipointed in the breakfeast.. A couple more items in it and would be a very nice breakfeast.. The thing that really surprised me was that at breakfast you have cheap thin plastic plates, knives and forks! Breakfast itself was ok, nothing spectacular though. No laundry facilities. That would have been nice. Dallas Cowboys lost. The swimming pool was closed for the season :-(. I enjoyed everything, I did not dislike anything. Nothing. Late night staff was okay, but not overly friendly or customer service oriented. We needed to extend one more night, and were helped to do so, but were told it would be $5 extra for the night. We had already spent over $450 and when we asked, is the extra $5 really necessary, we were told "yes", instead of just noticing how much we had already spent and take off $5. I liked everything. desk clerks not very friendly. Nothing. Some areas around the bath tub that needed repair. Also a little mold in shower. Need more parking.....and more seats in breakfast area. We had a bit of spare time so we enjoyed the pool. It was a tiny bit 'dirty' around the pool area. But we enjoyed it anyways. not really the hotel's fault, but the shuttle driver to the Rangers'game told us to be back at the pick-up site AT THE END OF THE GAME and then she did not return for us UNTIL AFTER THE FIRE WORKS DISPLAY - a wait of nearly an hour. Pool to small Upon entering the lobby the bailor erea smell muskey. like everything about it. Sloppy guests who got into the elevators dripping wet from the pool or spa -- couldn't they dry off the least little bit before covering the elevator floor with their "drippings"?. very expensive when on weekends. Too expensive and i was told there is only one room type. The heating/ac unit was very noisy. Had to turn it off to sleep. The fold out sleeper sofa in our luxury suite should be used for torture at Guantanamo!! While in the Army I slept in jeeps that were more comfortable. Virtually no padding over the springs! Phuquin horrible!!! No sleep!!. Every thing was excellent. there were bed bugs. n/a. Pool very small Mildew in shower and shower mat grungy. Shower mat? Really? Haven't used one of those in years. pool small. Breakfast could have been better and breakfast room needs to be bigger. The bed was very hard. Had a backache the next day. It may sound petty to some, but the worst part was not having any kind of TV guide to check programming. With a large screen, plasma TV with HBO you still had to channel surf to find programs or movies to watch. It also has a tiny swimming pool. Our room was HOT the air did.not.work. No shuttle pick up after football game at Cowboys stadium. The sofa bed was not very comfortable. This hotel was rated 4.7 out of 5.0 which is one reason I made reservation there. Nothing was special. Room was okay; bed was good; breakfast buffet was the same old-same old. Unless you do Map Quest or Google Map it is hard to find. No bar. No ATM.
