Staff was very friendly. Found a hair in bathroom that was not one of ours. Also found a hair in a bowl of food in breakfast room. Maid took our used towels, but did not replace them. These incidents make me wonder how well, or if, any actual cleaning was done. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The breakfast had a good selection and the food was good. The location is great and next to all kinds of restaurants as well as the mall.

The desk clerk changed our room when we discovered the AC didn't work in the 1st room. It was a great value. The room was clean and had all I needed for a quick night's stay. The shower curtain was too short and the water soaked the bathroom floor. Spots on carpet and furniture upholstery in room, battery cover for TV remote was missing, floor of breakfast room was sticky, counters in breakfast room were sticky, tables in breakfast room wobbled and some had loose tops. Hot in room, no air conditioning. 1st room we were assigned the air conditioner didn't work. Free breakfast was not appealing. We ate else where. Air conditioner was noisy. Short on number of electrical outlets. The HAC had no auto fan position. Breakfast area small if a large crowd. No towels in Jacuzzi room and had to ask for some. Would have preferred healthier choices for breakfast. No complaints. We stayed on the first floor and our floor had lumps under the carpet. That was weird to walk on. Also, our air conditioner didn't work as well as it should have. I do miss not having a coffeemaker in the room but it's no big deal. No map of city available or a list of nearby churches. There was really nothing I did not like. We paid for a suite and basically it was a room for a handicapped person. It would have been better to have two full size beds. Tv did not have a remote. No pool & a barking dog. we were in a very small room. The vents/covers on the lights above the beds were very dusty. Breakfast room. need coffee pot in room for hot water. Breakfast room. Noisy. housekeeping services-- found a backpack in the drawers ans a t-shirt on the floor along the side (not under) the bed. complimentary breakfast was lacking. Room is pretty small but I understand that. needs to be updated Better pillows. TV remote was missing. Clock was not accurate. HVAC was inconsistent. TV did not offer Closed Captioning option. Breakfast did not offer variety of choices each day. Tv didnt work !. Very dated and made it look unclean, also looked a little run down. TV was old and up in the air close to ceiling. Breakfest was a shame, nothing to it and I thought I had a suite but did not!!. Room was across from breakfast area, could hear waffle iron beep every time someone got hungry. Foot stomping from room above was loud and clear. Floor inside room was uneven like concrete was not leveled before it cured, bumps and ridges. Room across from elevator and we heard it all night and everyone's conversation while waiting for the elevator. Wall are WAY to thin. Woke up with bites all over my arms and a rash around my ankles. Had to go to doctor. Room was not cleaned after first night, no towels or bath supplies were replenished after first night. Pillows were horrible and sounds from neighbors and from hallways were prevalent. Given a room, went to the room and found it not cleaned from the night before. No hair dryer or coffee pot. in the room. The room was filthy. Shower curtain had mold, bedspread was dirty, breakfast area filthy. Mold growing in the window screen frames, old worn out mattresses, dirty and frayed carpets, leaking faucets, closet door off of it's hinges.
